Vehicle Registration Confirmation Letter
A vehicle confirmation letter is required if a person needs to prove they owned a vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE: Request must have Year, Make, Model and VIN of the vehicle being searched.

How do you get a vehicle confirmation letter?
Please come to the Registry On Wye with the vehicle information and photo identification.
Request for Personal Driving & Motor Vehicle Services Form
Please bring into Registry On Wye:
- Completed form
- Drivers licence
Requesting while Out of Province
- Notarized Request for Personal Driving & Motor Vehicle Services Form
- Download and fill out the form
- Go to a notary public to notarize your form and a copy of your identification
- Mail in the original notarized form and identification to Registry On Wye with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return envelope
- Upon receiving your application, we will process the Letter, which will then be returned in the pre-paid envelope.
- Contact Registry On Wye if assistance is required in filling out the form
